RETURN POLICY

  • RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY
  • IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING THAT IS DAMAGED PLEASE EMAIL US SHOPTHESOUTHERN@GMAIL.COM
  • Returns must be received in new condition- unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup & fragrance free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and with tags attached. 
  • All footwear must be returned in its original box, packaged in a separate box or wrapped in packing paper, where the original box is not marked or damaged. 
  • NO RETURNS OF JEWELRY due to hygiene reasons or BAGS (unless broken)
  • All SALE items FINAL. Returns on sale items will not be accepted. 
  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your orders tracking number. Should you return an item after this timeframe, we cannot accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you. 
  • The Southern Clothing Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may be lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please fill out return form included with your invoice and mail returns to the return address provided on the original shipping label or send us an email at thesouthernclothingcompanyllc@gmail.com to retrieve return address. 
  • We will provide store credit via  digital gift card to your email as soon as we receive your return. 
  • Due to fast turnover, please note that we cannot hold any items while waiting on returns during the shipping process. If your are needing an exchange for a different size, we suggest promptly placing a new order before it sells out due to order volume. If you proceed to place an order with an exchange, please include a note in your package letting us know so that we can issue you a refund for original item.  

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
  • The Southern Clothing Company does not refund the original cost of shipping
  • It is at the discretion of The Southern Clothing Company to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use. 
  • All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of credit. You will be limited to 7 order returns, within a 90 day period (this does not include defective merchandise).
  • Please let us know within 4 days of receipt of the item if there are any errors in your order or defects in merchandise. Sometimes mistakes just happen, but we promise to correct the problem right away!  Contact us at shopthesouthern@gmail.com or (806) 414-0710.
  • Once we receive your items we will go ahead and issue your return for store credit. Once your credit is applied, as you proceed with your next order, please make sure to use the same email we have on file for you or the email you used during the time of placing your original order, in order to make sure your credit is applied. Your store credit should automatically apply at checkout once your customer information is entered.
